The website www.potwatch.it is operated by POTWATCH and is intended to present, promote, and sell technological products for pets.

Access to and use of the website imply acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Service and the Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

POTWATCH is not liable for service interruptions, technical errors, or the content of third‑party websites linked to this site. Product information is provided for descriptive purposes; any variations do not constitute a lack of conformity.


6. Legal Warranty

All products sold are covered by a 2‑year legal warranty for original conformity defects that appear within this period from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only product defects not attributable to the consumer’s or the animal’s use, maintenance, or behavior.

The warranty does not apply in cases of improper or negligent use, carelessness, incorrect installation or maintenance, use not in accordance with the intended purpose, damage caused by pets, or transport damage not attributable to the manufacturer or seller.

Procedure for transport damage If the product arrives damaged due to transport, the customer is invited to report it within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the package and the damaged product. Once the report is received, PotWatch will assist the customer in opening a claim with the courier and, if necessary, will replace the product depending on availability. Transport damage is not covered by the legal warranty but is handled through the courier’s claim procedure.


7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of delivery. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.


8. Shipping

Free standard shipping is available in Italy, Germany, and France for orders of €50 or more. Standard delivery time: 4–9 working days. Express delivery (1–4 working days) is also available at checkout.

For all other destinations, a €15 standard shipping fee applies, with the same 4–9 business days delivery timeframe.


9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Legal Notices are governed by Italian law. For consumers residing in the EU, the competent court is the court of the consumer’s place of residence. For non‑consumer clients, the competent court is the Court of Rome.
