Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 30 days from the delivery of the product. No justification is required; it is sufficient to communicate the intention to return the item.

This extended period (30 days instead of the 14 days required by the Consumer Code) is an exclusive benefit offered by PotWatch.


Return Conditions

To be accepted, the product must be returned:

  • intact and undamaged

  • complete with all accessories

  • in its original packaging

Returns are not accepted for:

  • personalized products

  • items which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold once opened or used (e.g., smart bowls already used with food)

Products must be shipped to the address indicated in the return form.


Return Shipping Costs – Free Returns

PotWatch offers free returns for all domestic orders. The customer will receive a prepaid return label at no additional cost.

For international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PotWatch does not apply any restocking fees.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product. The same payment method used by the customer for the original purchase will be used.

The following will be refunded:

  • the product price

  • the initial standard shipping costs


Legal Warranty (2 Years)

In addition to the right of withdrawal, all PotWatch products are covered by a 2‑year legal warranty of conformity (Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code).

In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • refund

All at no additional cost.
