Shipping policy

1. Delivery Times

Standard shipping: products are delivered within 4–9 working days from the order confirmation.

Express shipping: available with 1–4 working days delivery times, with additional costs indicated for each item at checkout.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability, destination, and the carriers involved. Any delays not attributable to POTWATCH (e.g., force majeure, customs procedures, strikes) do not constitute grounds for direct liability on our part.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping, except for Italy, France, and Germany, has a fixed cost of €15, regardless of order value. Express shipping costs are always borne by the customer and will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Method

Deliveries are carried out through couriers selected by POTWATCH. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Delivery is considered completed when the product is physically received by the customer or an authorized representative.

4. Risk and Responsibility

In accordance with Article 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer only upon actual delivery.

5. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. POTWATCH is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. International Shipping

For shipments outside Italy, delivery times and costs may vary. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
