- The cat may enter by placing only two paws inside out of curiosity.
- Check that the device is placed on a perfectly flat surface.
- Make sure all four feet are firmly touching the ground.
- If the auto‑check lasts more than 15 minutes, the drum may not be installed correctly.
- There may be foreign objects blocking the rotation.
- Open the buckle, lift the drum, check it, and reinstall it following the markings on the base.
- The reduced speed is designed not to scare more timid cats.
- If the cat enters or approaches frequently, the cycle may take longer.
- This movement is designed to save litter.
- It increases the capacity of the waste drawer.
- The small flap may be blocked by litter, the bag, or waste that is too large.
- Check that the opening can open and close without obstruction.
- Manually reduce waste that is too bulky.
- Mixed or tofu litter is preferable.
- Bentonite and mineral litter are compatible but may affect the detection time for the “Full” level.
